Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent experience
• Basic Life Support or BLS - Instructor certification required upon hire.
• Good communication and time management skills
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple job tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assisting therapists with age-appropriate patient treatment, occasionally providing a 'second-set-of-hands' to assist treatment.
• Providing general administrative support for therapists.
• Performing general departmental duties in the area of Rehabilitation Services.
• Maintaining a safe and clean patient care environment.
• Maintaining all equipment.
• Ensuring the availability of all supplies.
• Adhering to system and department policies and procedures.
• Incorporating the philosophies of continuous quality improvement, customer service, and teamwork into daily routine.
