About The Position

Lynbrook Restorative Therapy and Nursing is seeking a highly motivated Temporary Rehab Aide/Patient Transporter. Quantum Rehabilitation and Nursing is a Progressive Skilled Nursing Facility with state-of-the-art equipment and an amazing team of healthcare professionals. We believe in teamwork and are rapidly expanding and providing opportunities for our staff to grow with us.

Requirements

• CNA License
• Should be highly motivated and energetic
• Thrive in a service-oriented role and love working with people
• Have high attention to detail
• Are outgoing, energetic and have excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift, move, and maneuver necessary supplies and equipment

Responsibilities

• Handles items in accordance with operating procedures
• Maintain and organize rehab equipment
• Helps in escorting or transporting patients within the facility.
• Duties may also include the ability to utilize: Microsoft Office, Faxing, Filing and organization of paperwork and charts
• You must have the ability to Multi-tasking.
• Transporting patients to and from rehab.
