About The Position

Physical Therapy Today is hiring a part-time Rehab Tech / Rehab Aide for its outpatient clinic at 4138 19th St., Lubbock, TX 79407. The role supports patients, therapists, and clinic operations in a clinician-led, patient-focused environment. Rehab Techs and Aides work closely with licensed clinicians to help therapy services run smoothly and provide a supportive care experience for patients with varied rehabilitation needs. This role offers hands-on clinical experience and an opportunity to work alongside licensed therapists while beginning or developing a healthcare career. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to move patients and equipment as needed.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a healthcare or customer service role, including administrative or clinical experience, is preferred.
CPR certification is a plus.
Currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in a PT, PTA, or ATC program is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist therapists during treatment sessions to support patient safety.
Prepare therapy areas and sanitize equipment.
Encourage patients during exercises and therapy tasks.
Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, check-ins, and documentation.
Monitor therapy supplies and assist with clinic operations.
Assist patients and move equipment as needed.
