About The Position

Premier Therapy is hiring a full-time Rehab Tech in Bellefonte, PA to help keep therapy sessions running smoothly and support residents as they work toward better mobility and independence. In this entry-level, onsite role, you’ll assist PT, OT, and Speech clinicians with treatment support, patient transport and set-up, equipment cleaning/organization, and basic documentation or clerical tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Reliable, professional, and patient-focused
• Comfortable being on your feet and staying active throughout the day
• Able to follow directions, communicate clearly, and work well on a clinical team
• Willing to learn and maintain confidentiality and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Assist PT, OT, and Speech clinicians with treatment support
• Patient transport and set-up
• Equipment cleaning/organization
• Basic documentation or clerical tasks as assigned
• Checking the therapy schedule
• Greeting residents
• Helping the clinic space feel calm and ready for the day
• Staying in sync with the therapy team
• Pivoting as plans change
• Keeping the flow moving so residents aren’t waiting
• Walking the unit, interacting with residents and staff
• Resetting the gym area for the next day—leaving things organized, clean, and ready for the morning
