About The Position
The Rehab Supervisor assists Rehabilitation Director or Manager with coordination of physical, occupational and/or speech therapy operations, including performing treatments within the professional’s respective Practice Act, as prescribed by a referring physician.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in OT or PT.
- Three years or more acute care experience.
- Licensed by Florida Department of Health, Division of Medical Quality Assurance.
- Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, or Speech Language Pathologist, as required by State law
- Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) or documentation that you are in the process of completing CCC, in the case of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLP
- Basic CPR.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s Degree in SLP.
- 1 year or more in a supervisory capacity.

Benefits
- Up to $15,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.
