About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a dependable and motivated Rehab Aide to join our rehabilitation department. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in healthcare who wants to gain hands-on experience while supporting residents and an experienced therapy team.
Requirements
- Dependable with strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working directly with residents and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Healthcare or rehabilitation experience is a plus but not required
- Interest in therapy or healthcare is encouraged
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize therapy areas for daily treatment sessions
- Escort residents safely to and from therapy appointments
- Clean and sanitize rehabilitation equipment
- Keep the therapy gym organized, stocked, and ready for use
- Provide non-clinical assistance to Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy staff
- Assist with general department tasks and daily operations
- Help maintain a positive and welcoming environment for residents
