About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a dependable and motivated Rehab Aide to join our rehabilitation department. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in healthcare or therapy who wants to gain hands-on experience while supporting residents and an experienced clinical team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Dependable, organized, and comfortable working with residents
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous healthcare experience is helpful but not required
- Interest in rehabilitation, therapy, or healthcare is a plus
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize therapy areas for daily treatment sessions
- Assist residents with transportation to and from scheduled therapy
- Clean and sanitize rehabilitation equipment
- Keep the therapy gym organized, stocked, and ready for use
- Provide non-clinical support to Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy staff
- Assist with general department tasks and daily workflow
- Help maintain a welcoming and safe environment for residents
