About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Rehab Aide to support our therapy department and assist with the daily operations of our rehabilitation program. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in healthcare, rehabilitation services, or gaining experience in a clinical environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Nice To Haves
- Interest in healthcare, rehabilitation, or patient services preferred
- Previous healthcare experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing treatment areas and therapy equipment for daily resident care
- Transport residents safely to and from therapy sessions throughout the facility
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and readiness of therapy spaces
- Support therapists with non-clinical tasks and department workflow
- Monitor and restock therapy supplies as needed
- Assist with scheduling, filing, and general administrative tasks within the rehab department
- Help ensure a positive experience for residents receiving therapy services
