About The Position
Rehabilitation Aide Autumn Lake Healthcare at Crofton $16.00–$17.65/hour Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to assist the therapy department in a skilled nursing setting. This is an entry-level opportunity to work alongside PT, OT, and SLP staff while supporting resident care and daily department operations.
Requirements
- Dependable with a strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Patient, respectful, and attentive to resident needs
- Good organizational and time management skills
Nice To Haves
- Training is provided; prior experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Escort residents to and from therapy appointments
- Prepare therapy spaces and gather necessary equipment
- Assist clinicians with safe patient handling and positioning
- Ensure equipment is cleaned and stored properly
- Help keep the department organized and running efficiently
