About The Position

They are seeking a talented Rehab Aide for their Outpatient Rehab facility on Hanover St. in Fall River, MA. This is a 30-hour position, with a Day/Evening shift, which will involve 20 hours of assistance for Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), and 10 hours for Audiology assistance. The schedule is to be determined (TBD) and may include occasional Saturday mornings.

Requirements

• Education equal to completion of four years of high school or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service and ability to learn internal computer systems in order to carry out own position responsibilities required.
• Current AHA CPR certification required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a medical or rehabilitation environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of Rehab Leadership perform a variety of support responsibilities including direct patient care, medical records processing, supply and facilities maintenance, and equipment management.
• Perform other related site-specific duties as required or assigned.
