About The Position

Rehab Services Coordinator, a front-office lead role in a rehabilitation or outpatient therapy setting.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Strong leadership and managerial abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an outpatient setting strongly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Managing clerical staff
  • Overseeing front office functions and for all clerical duties including patient intake
  • Scheduling, registering patients
  • Verifying insurances
  • Tacking insurance authorizations
  • Collecting copays
  • Answering phones and providing general administrative support functions
