About The Position
Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Program Manager for their Outpatient PT or PTA program in Dallas, TX. This role offers a great work-life balance with flexible hours and opportunities for full-time, part-time, and consistent PRN positions. The Program Manager will work with higher functioning residents in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings. This position is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, skilled at developing relationships, and ambitious. The Program Manager will improve the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills, acting as the primary contact for customers, residents, and staff.
Requirements
- Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
- Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
- Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities
- Treat patients while gaining leadership experience with administrative tasks.
- Perform scheduling.
- Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
