About The Position

This position supports the Department Director in the day-to-day operations of outpatient physical therapy services, balancing direct patient care with supervisory responsibilities. Provides coaching, supervision, and performance feedback to PT staff; facilitates meetings and delegates projects as needed. Assists with hiring, onboarding, staff development, and student internships. Collaborates with the Director on community outreach, long-term planning, budgeting, and equipment needs. Supports staff in meeting productivity standards and advancing clinical skills through evidence-based practice.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a P.T.
• Demonstrated clinical expertise to deliver excellent care and develop a plan of care that is approved by attending physicians.
• Experience in program development, marketing, and leadership.
• Experience with delivering excellent customer service.
• Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapy.
• Licensed in the state of Montana as a Physical Therapist.

Nice To Haves

• Holds an advanced certification in an area of Physical Therapy or is in the process of completing.
