About The Position

Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting provides patient-centered rehabilitation services with a focus on quality care, strong clinical outcomes, and team collaboration. We’re looking for a Rehabilitation Manager to lead therapy services at the facility and ensure both patient care and team performance stay at a high level.

Requirements

• PTA, COTA or SLP

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the therapy department, including Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy services
• Supervise, support, and mentor therapy staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Coordinate with facility leadership and nursing staff to align therapy services with patient needs
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, documentation, and billing requirements
• Manage caseloads, scheduling, and staffing to maintain efficiency and coverage
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust departmental processes as needed
• Assist with patient care when needed to support the team and maintain workflow
