About The Position

A REHAB DIRECTOR (Occupational Therapist / OT) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in North Reading, MA. Preferred Therapy Solutions is a therapy-owned and operated company that focuses on appropriate and ethical patient care. Requirements

  • Be a licensed physical therapist or license eligible in the state where employed
  • Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
  • Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
  • Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
  • Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
  • Provide occupational therapy services as needed
