Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a dynamic and experienced Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) to serve as Rehab Director at our beautiful continuum-of-care senior community in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Requirements
- Licensed OTR in Wisconsin

- Leadership or supervisory experience in senior care, rehab, or SNF preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Therapy Department to ensure high-quality, efficient service delivery
- Supervise, mentor, and develop therapy staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized resident care
- Provide direct patient care while overseeing departmental operations
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and productivity standards
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Monitor clinical outcomes and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture
- Maintain regulatory readiness and documentation accuracy
- Advocate for residents to maximize functional independence and quality of life
