About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Rehab Aide to join our therapy department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and is interested in gaining valuable experience in a rehabilitation and skilled nursing setting.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn
Nice To Haves
- Previous healthcare experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment areas and organize therapy equipment before and after sessions
- Escort residents safely to and from therapy appointments
- Clean and sanitize therapy equipment in accordance with infection control standards
- Assist therapists with non-clinical support tasks to keep the department running efficiently
- Stock and organize therapy supplies and maintain a clean therapy gym
- Help create a welcoming, safe, and positive environment for residents and visitors
- Work closely with therapists, nursing staff, and other team members to support quality resident care
