Autumn Lake at Glen Burnie is seeking a dependable and compassionate Rehab Aide to support our therapy department. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous healthcare experience is helpful but not required
- Reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn
Responsibilities
- Assist the rehabilitation team with preparing treatment areas and therapy equipment
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy gym
- Escort residents to and from therapy sessions
- Clean and sanitize equipment according to facility protocols
- Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and daily department operations
- Monitor inventory and restock therapy supplies as needed
- Provide friendly, professional interactions with residents and team members
