About The Position

Assists in matters related to daily living such as the procurement of food, meal preparation, care and maintenance of the home. Provides a level of supervision to the clients geared toward client safety and wellbeing. Helps provide structure for the clients. Assists in prompting clients to take medications as prescribed. Will help provide a substance free sober environment within the home. Develops and facilitates social and recreational activities for clients. Monitors the clients for signs of relapse into substance use or drug seeking behaviors. Reports suspected use or drug seeking behaviors to clinical staff. Engages in activities with the clients. Completes all required trainings. Completes all documentation required for the clients in this role. Completes other forms of documentation as deemed necessary in compliance with MRWH policies. Able to respond to clients in crisis in the appropriate manner. HIPAA Compliance with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) 42 CFR. Must be willing to work nights, overnights, weekends, and scheduled holidays. Must have a MT driver's license, personal vehicle, and current insurance. Performs other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Completion of high school or GED is required.
  • One year of job-related experience is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid MT driver's license and current vehicle insurance.
  • Must be in recovery for two years, without incarceration, hospitalization, or inpatient admission exceeding 72 hours in the last two years.
  • Must have some knowledge and experience of mental illness and/or substance use treatment and its impact on consumer/survivors and their families.
  • Must be willing to work nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
