The Rehab Aide assists clients with daily living activities, including food procurement, meal preparation, and home maintenance. This role provides supervision to ensure client safety and well-being, helps establish structure for clients, and prompts them to take medications as prescribed. The aide is responsible for maintaining a substance-free and sober environment within the home, developing and facilitating social and recreational activities, and monitoring clients for signs of relapse or drug-seeking behaviors, reporting any concerns to clinical staff. The position involves engaging in activities with clients, completing all required trainings and documentation, and responding appropriately to clients in crisis. Adherence to HIPAA compliance with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) 42 CFR is mandatory. The role requires willingness to work nights, overnights, weekends, and scheduled holidays, and necessitates a MT driver's license, personal vehicle, and current insurance. Other duties as needed will also be performed.
