About The Position
Vasona Creek Healthcare is seeking a Full‑Time Rehabilitation Aide to join our supportive and collaborative healthcare team. The Rehabilitation Aide provides essential support to the Rehab Department, assisting therapy staff and helping ensure smooth daily operations. This role also supports department scheduling and administrative coordination.
Requirements
- Previous rehab aide or healthcare support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Team‑oriented with a patient‑centered approach
Responsibilities
- Assist physical, occupational, and speech therapists as needed
- Support patients during therapy sessions under supervision
- Help with departmental scheduling and coordination
- Prepare and maintain therapy treatment areas and equipment
- Perform general administrative and support duties for the Rehab Department
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment
