About The Position

The Rehab Aide works in an outpatient rehabilitation center, supporting therapists and patients and helping maintain a clean, safe environment. The role is based at 555 College Drive, Ste. C, Henderson, Nevada. The schedule requires availability for either a 7:00 a.m. opening shift or a closing shift ending at 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, as well as Saturday availability. Pay is $15–$20 per hour, depending on years of experience.

Select Medical’s outpatient divisions provide physical rehabilitation services through a nationwide network. The clinical team delivers preventative and rehabilitative services, develops individualized treatment plans, and works with patients to improve functionality and well-being.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Must have a friendly disposition when interacting with patients and visitors.
• Must be available for a 7:00 a.m. opening shift or a closing shift ending at 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and have Saturday availability.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of outpatient experience as a therapy aide is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with therapists and patients in outpatient centers.
• Interact with patients and visitors in a friendly manner.
• Clean equipment used in daily therapy.
