About The Position
We are seeking a Rehab Aide to join our rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in healthcare who enjoys working in a collaborative environment while supporting residents through their rehabilitation journey.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Interest in healthcare, rehabilitation, or patient care preferred
- Previous healthcare experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Prepare therapy treatment areas and equipment before and after resident sessions
- Safely transport residents to and from therapy appointments throughout the facility
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked rehabilitation department
- Support therapists with non-clinical tasks to help ensure efficient daily operations
- Monitor therapy supplies and organize equipment
- Assist with light clerical duties, including filing and scheduling support
- Provide a positive, welcoming experience for residents participating in therapy services
