Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to speak, understand, read and write in English

Responsibilities

• Preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner while strictly following pre-approved, rotating menus.
• Modifying meals for specific medical needs, such as diabetic, low-sodium, pureed, or thickened-liquid diets.
• Overseeing inventory, managing food safety temperatures, and supervising the culinary team.
