About The Position

First Western Bank is currently seeking a Regulatory Risk Assistant at our Rogers Main Location. This position will be exposed to confidential information. Candidates must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. First Western is a local community bank that has been serving NWA since 1991. We specialize in customer service and serving our community. We are a full-service financial company offering traditional banking, mortgage, insurance, and investment services.

Requirements

• One year of banking experience
• Knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering
• Professional writing skills
• Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Assisting our BSA Officer in reviewing cash transactions for CTR reporting
• Reviewing Reg CC Deposit Holds daily
• Reviewing maintenance reports for compliance with policy and procedures
• Assisting with various Internal Audit functions as needed
