About The Position

The Regulatory Program Manager is responsible for coordinating continuous regulatory, licensure, and accreditation compliance across hospitals, emergency centers, community clinics, and corporate settings. The role acts as a primary expert and consultant, developing structures and processes to drive optimal compliance and competence. Office sight visits are required to Colorado, Kansas, and Utah. They would get lots of questions, being resourceful and do their own research. Maintaining the policy work, make sure that it aligns with Nationals policies. Working with the education department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or clinical field.
  • Three years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • One year of experience in project management, performance improvement, or change facilitation.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Professional in Health Care Quality.
  • Nursing or clinical experience.
  • Ambulatory experience.
  • Experience in regulatory/accreditation readiness and survey preparation.
