About The Position

Requirements

  • Experience in regulatory affairs or a similar role in the veterinary or medical industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of veterinary regulatory guidelines and approval processes preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proficient in research, analysis, and reporting, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines.
  • Proficient in using computer software for document management and data analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and build strong professional relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit regulatory documents and applications to relevant authorities.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and regulations that affect veterinary practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all submissions and correspondence.
  • Provide regulatory guidance and support to internal teams regarding product compliance.
  • Conduct audits and evaluations of existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Serve as the point of contact for regulatory agencies and respond to inquiries promptly.
