About The Position
We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance FAA FCC Specialist to join American Tower’s Legal team. This team ensures compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations related to antenna structure filings, registrations, marking and lighting requirements, and wireless infrastructure development. Day to day, you will provide advanced technical support for regulatory reviews, escalated compliance matters, and quality assurance activities. As a Regulatory Compliance FAA FCC Specialist, you will partner cross-functionally to review complex project scenarios, identify regulatory risks, develop training and guidance materials, and support initiatives that enhance compliance, efficiency, and customer experience.
Requirements
- Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations related to antenna structure filings, registrations, marking and lighting requirements, and wireless infrastructure development.
