As a Regulatory Compliance Analyst at Mesa, you will support the execution of air quality compliance activities to help ensure company engines and generator systems meet applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. This role focuses on maintaining accurate records, tracking regulatory and permit requirements, and supporting documentation and reporting needs related to regulations such as the Clean Air Act, NSPS Subpart JJJJ, and state permitting programs. You will contribute to permitting, emissions, testing, and compliance workflows through data entry, tracking, documentation, and coordination support, while working in an environment where processes are continuing to evolve. You will be expected to take initiative, identify gaps, ask questions, and help bring clarity to work that may not always have a defined path. You will help ensure compliance information is accurate, complete, and organized, while supporting internal teams and customers with routine compliance needs. This role may also include periodic field work to support emissions testing, data collection, and coordination with field operations. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills, along with the ability to adapt, think critically, and build foundational knowledge of regulatory requirements, company equipment, and operational workflows.
