Seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Regulatory Compliance Analyst to centralize and oversee regulatory compliance processes within a growing insurance organization. This individual will serve as a key liaison among underwriting, actuarial, operations, technology, policy services, rating bureaus, regulators, third-party administrators, and external business partners. The role will monitor regulatory developments, coordinate filing activity, resolve data and reporting issues, and ensure required changes are communicated and implemented across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong knowledge of workers’ compensation regulations with the communication, organization, and influence required to coordinate multiple departments, establish accountability, and move filings and regulatory initiatives through to completion.
