About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Capital Policy Consultant for our regional banking client on a project basis. This role is hybrid onsite in Charlotte, NC and will have a duration of 4 months. This is a highly technical role supporting evaluation of transactions, regulatory capital analysis, and policy development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• 5+ years of relevant Capital Regulation Policy experience
• Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate transactions and advise business on capital impact
• Assess applicability of Simplified Supervisory Formula Approach (SSFA)
• Analyze capital and Risk-Weighted Asset (RWA) impact
• Interpret U.S. bank capital regulatory rules
• Draft technical policy memos and documentation
