About The Position
This position is for a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach Calculus I (MAT1320 G00) during the Fall 2026 semester in the Faculty of Science, Department of Mathematics and Statistics. The course covers intuitive definitions of limits, continuity, basic derivative formulas, analysis of functions, integration techniques, and numerical integration. All lectures will be delivered online via ZOOM or TEAMS, with midterms held in-person on a Saturday. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating across all sections of the course and will use Mobius for course management.
Requirements
- PhD in mathematics.
- Expert level knowledge of LaTeX.
- Must coordinate (across all sections).
- Mobius will be used for this course.

Responsibilities
- Teach Calculus I (MAT1320 G00) during the Fall 2026 semester.
- Deliver all lectures online using ZOOM or TEAMS.
- Coordinate across all sections of the course.
- Utilize Mobius for course management.
- Determine the date for in-person midterms, which will be held on a Saturday.
- Cancel one lecture during the week of the midterm, replacing it with the Saturday midterm date.
