Position Summary: The Anesthesia Quality Institute (AQI) was established by the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) in 2008 to facilitate practice-based quality management through education and quality data feedback. The AQI is a Patient Safety Organization (PSO) and home to NACOR, the largest anesthesia registry in the world. NACOR is also a Qualified Registry (QR) and Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR). The Registry Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the organization’s registry platforms and related data systems. This role ensures data accuracy, system usability, and effective reporting by collaborating with registry participants, anesthesia billing vendors, EHR providers, and the AQI registry product team. The analyst provides day-to-day tier 2 support to participants, assists with onboarding new registry users, troubleshoots issues, performs data analysis, and assists with system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
