About The Position
Loyola Medicine, a member of Trinity Health, is a nationally ranked academic, quaternary care system based in Chicago's western suburbs. The system includes Loyola University Medical Center, Gottlieb Memorial Hospital, MacNeal Hospital, and other locations offering primary, specialty, and immediate care across Cook, Will, and DuPage counties. The Physical Therapist evaluates inpatients and outpatients with diverse diagnoses and plans and implements effective physical therapy programs based on physical assessment, clinical judgment, and psychological sensitivity. The role also provides patient education, consultation, and discharge planning, and supervises and delegates patient care to Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians. This is a part-time, day-shift position. The stated pay range is $35.89–$62.91 per hour; actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current Illinois state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy preferred.
