About The Position

Under the supervision of a Senior Analyst, performs multiple-step clerical tasks calling for interpretation and application of office procedures, rules, and regulations. Performs task involving interpretation and application of agency policies, procedures, state, and federal laws. Performs tasks requiring interpretation and adaption of office procedures, policies, practices, state, and federal law involving the receipt and dissemination of sensitive information governed by these laws. Performs related work as required. This is a full-time position with state benefits.

Requirements

Graduation from a standard high school or the equivalent.
One (1) year of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience performing routine office work with public contact work.
A successful background check.

Responsibilities

Maintain, process, sort, scan, and file documents according to office procedures.
Enter time sensitive information.
Prepare certified documents upon request.
Receive, and track the submission of paperwork from the field.
Receive, analyze, and distribute tips from the public to the appropriate field office for action to be taken.
Performs related work as required.
