About The Position

We’re seeking a Registration Representative to support our back-office registration team. In this role, you’ll review and resolve registration issues that may cause claim errors, payer rejections, or denials. If you’re detail-oriented and ready to contribute to a mission-driven team, we’d love to have you join us.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• At least 1 year of related experience preferred; equivalent training/education considered.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and fix registration errors flagged during claim edits.
• Resolve payer rejections (277 files) and denials related to registration.
• Use Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) in EPIC to troubleshoot issues.
• Identify and resolve payer mapping or user entry errors.
• Manage payer information in client systems (add, remove, update order as needed).
