We’re seeking a Registration Representative to support our back-office registration team. In this role, you’ll review and resolve registration issues that may cause claim errors, payer rejections, or denials. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of related experience preferred; equivalent training/education considered.
Responsibilities
- Review and fix registration errors flagged during claim edits.
- Resolve payer rejections (277 files) and denials related to registration.
- Use Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) in EPIC to troubleshoot issues.
- Identify and resolve payer mapping or user entry errors.
- Manage payer information in client systems (add, remove, update order as needed).
