About The Position

The Outpatient Registration Manager II oversees day-to-day front desk operations in multiple high-volume, multidisciplinary outpatient areas within MUSC Health Hospital Based Outpatient clinics throughout the Charleston Division. This mid- to senior-level management position supervises 15–50 or more front-line registration employees. Under the direction of the Director or Senior Manager of Patient Access Services, the manager assesses and implements processes to address all aspects of front-end operations management. The manager collaborates with physicians, nurses, revenue cycle teams, the access center, and staff to support timely patient access to care, efficient registration, practice optimization, fiscal integrity, and a quality patient care experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• Seven years of progressive work experience.
• Two years of management experience.
