The Registration Coordinator is responsible for assisting with registration and registration-related administrative processes and maintaining the high standard of MJCCA’s customer service. This role works closely with multiple departments – including programming, accounting, and information systems – to troubleshoot any issues that may arise both internally with staff and externally with members and program participants. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, occasionally requiring weekend hours. The ideal candidate has strong critical thinking skills, picks up new software and complex processes quickly, and is comfortable with multi-tasking. This individual is detail oriented, dependable, highly proficient with computers, and is a pro at customer service.
