Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent communication skills both orally and written.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Interviews incoming patients or their representatives for all of registration; inpatients, outpatients, emergency room, pre-admission, and clinic patients.
  • Is responsible for obtaining information that is accurate and complete.
  • Must maintain a positive public image to patients, hospital or medical staff.
  • Prepares registration forms and obtains signatures as required.
  • Answers patients' questions on admission policies.
  • Is responsible for maintaining confidentiality of the patient registration information.
