About The Position

The mission of our schools is to ensure that our scholars receive the most rigorous education. Core to achieving this mission is smooth operations that support all stakeholders’ ability to educate our scholars. Working alongside the Director of Operations will ensure systematic, proactive, and efficient management of registration, student information, attendance, transportation, and student health.

An exceptional project manager who leads the charge on anticipating the need for and designing systems to ensure all student information is accurate, up-to-date, and strategically utilized.
A clear and proactive communicator with the ability to work and collaborate with diverse stakeholders in service of scholar achievement.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain school-based systems to ensure the meticulous collection, tracking, and maintenance of complete and accurate scholar registration records.
Maintain internal and external student information databases with accurate and comprehensive biographical, enrollment, and family contact information.
Manage student records and ensure timely and accurate Infinite Campus (IC) updates.
Process newly enrolled scholars and coordinate scholar withdrawal procedures efficiently and professionally.
Ensure all student files comply with district, state, and federal requirements.
Thoughtfully manage the secure and appropriate dissemination of sensitive student information to teammates, families, and stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
Proactively communicate with families regarding documentation submission, enrollment requirements, and student information updates.
Support enrollment management processes and provide follow-up support to families throughout the enrollment cycle.
Assist families with enrollment, transportation, attendance, and records-related questions and concerns.
Monitor and regularly analyze student attendance data to identify trends and concerns.
Coordinate and spearhead truancy-prevention interventions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external community partners.
Support and monitor scholar tardy procedures.
Manage early pick-up procedures for scholars across all grade levels.
Monitor student health and immunization compliance requirements.
Coordinate communication and collaboration with nurses, food service teammates, social workers, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure scholars receive required services without disruption.
Manage and coordinate student transportation and busing services to ensure reliable service and high levels of family satisfaction.
Support the operation team with school-wide operational initiatives and daily campus functions.
Serve as the primary support to the Operations Manager for state testing preparation and execution.
Provide administrative and operational assistance for school events and initiatives as needed.
Complete additional school operations tasks assigned.
