About The Position

Aspen Valley Health is hiring a PRN Registrar in its Admissions department. The Registrar is responsible for complete and accurate patient registration, including completing required consent-for-treatment and payer-compliance forms, copying or scanning patient insurance cards, and collecting payments at the time of service. The role may also include managing incoming hospital phone lines and performing pre-admission, insurance verification, and certification tasks.

The position has a rotating work shift. The listed compensation range is $25.36–$40.57, with night and weekend shift differentials of up to $2.25 per hour. Final compensation depends on qualifications, including relevant experience, formal education, and professional certifications.

Aspen Valley Health is a 25-bed community hospital. PRN employees are eligible to purchase discounted bus passes for commuting, access a 457B plan, and participate in AVH-hosted programs.
