About The Position

Global K9 Protection Group LLC is looking for a dedicated and passionate Registrar to serve as an integral part of the GK9PG Team. This role involves ensuring accurate and compliant management of all student administrative, enrollment, and academic records, maintaining full adherence to school, reporting requirements, and documentation standards. The Registrar will provide high-quality administrative support to students, instructors, and regulatory agencies, coordinate schedules, training, certifications, and assignments to support efficient program operations, and serve as the primary contact for student processing inquiries related to enrollment and assigned programs. Additionally, the Registrar will safeguard confidential information, uphold data integrity across all student information systems, and support school leadership with audits, compliance reviews, and continuous administrative improvements. The position requires the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain a Known Traveler Number (TSA PreCheck).
  • High school diploma required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student information systems.
  • Strong organizational and record keeping skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
  • Customer service oriented with the ability to support diverse student populations.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. (files, materials, supplies).
  • Genuinely enjoys working around animals (i.e. canines).
  • Working conditions: May be exposed to unpleasant odors, noises, and animal feces.
  • Citizen of the United States.
  • Able to pass the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Security Threat Assessment.
  • Possess valid driver's license (Real ID) and reliable transportation.
  • Able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Process payments, invoices, and financial documentation related to enrollment.
  • Assist with audits, inspections, and accreditation reviews.
  • Support the development and updating of school policies, forms, and procedures.
  • Prepare reports, forms, and internal documents for audits or regulatory reviews.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative workflows.
  • Provide guidance to students on deadlines and documentation.
  • Process student applications, registrations, withdrawals, and program completions.
  • Maintain accurate and current student records.
  • Verify student eligibility, prerequisites, and documentation requirements.
  • Issue transcripts, certificates, and completion documents as required.
  • Ensure school operations comply with company & external rules and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit required reports for further processing.
  • Track education requirements and ensure timely reporting.
  • Maintain knowledge of current internal and external policy and process changes.
  • Coordinate schedules, student & resource assignments, and classroom availability.
  • Assist with exam scheduling, proctoring coordination, and testing documentation.
  • Monitor attendance records and ensure compliance with required instructional hours.
  • Serve as the primary contact for students regarding enrollment, training & certification requirements, and program information.
  • Communicate with all staff, internal, and external departments.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Balance team/ individual responsibilities; contributes to building positive team.
  • Effectively communicate customer related issues with operations team and formulate ways of improving the experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
  • Help lead others with tact, respect, and professionalism.
  • Reach across organizational lines to integrate and streamline essential functions.
  • Identify problems, suggest and implement solutions, and react to change with a high degree of attention to detail and foresight.
  • Create, maintain, and prepare records and reports.
  • Perform tasks with minimal or no oversight.
  • Prioritize and multi-task to effectively complete work in timely manner.
