About The Position

BASIS San Antonio Primary Northeast Campus is seeking a Registrar to join their team. This role is responsible for managing all systems related to student enrollment and records, providing support services to faculty and staff to meet the mission of BASIS Schools. The position also supports the after-school care program and involves managing family communication around enrollment, coordinating office technology, and ensuring compliance with student health records and testing/screening. The Registrar will coordinate with a registrar assistant on attendance and other office responsibilities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or minimum of 3 years administrative experience
Ability to obtain a valid fingerprint clearance card
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Organizing and managing registration of new and returning students
Managing records of current students and reporting to department of Education
Manages all family communication around enrollment reconciliation
Works with student enrollment team to coordinate and implement office technology and communication systems
Managing student information system (PowerSchool)
Manage student registration software (School Mint)
Coordinating student enrollment and withdrawal process
Manage, report, and ensure compliance with student health records and testing/screening
Coordinate with registrar assistant on attendance and responsibilities of registrar office
