About The Position

This is a time-limited position with funding through June 2027, responsible for administrative record changes related to the Math Launch program and similar programs within the College of Sciences. Time-limited positions receive the same benefits as regular positions. The role involves processing course swaps for students in the Math Launch program and other similar programs, managing student groups, and assisting with other Registrar's Office (RO) processes when time permits.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).
All applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
Must reside in Florida as of the date the employment begins.

Responsibilities

Processes the swaps from the special topics courses into the correct level course as directed by the College of Sciences for the math launch program and other similar programs within COS.
Processes the swaps for those exiting the program mid semester.
Maintains the student group for Math Launch and any other similar COS program and runs the process that sets term limits as determined by the college.
Assists with RO processes such as major changes, late adds/drops when time allows (priority is given to COS program tasks listed above).
