About The Position

This position is responsible for accurate and expedient patient identification and input of patient demographics. The Registrar Op - Ed will also be responsible for the prompt pre-registration of the Operating List and ensuring expedient identification of Obstetric patients to sustain benchmarks set by the OB department.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE accredited by the State Board of Education
• Ability to interview patients promptly and efficiently
• Ability to problem solve by utilizing critical thinking
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• High level of interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Accurate data entry skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task

Nice To Haves

• At least one year working in a hospital setting.
• Work experience interviewing patients promptly and accurately.
