The Registrar Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant student records. The Registrar Coordinator oversees all aspects of student enrollment, records management, and admissions communications at Bethel Christian School, including serving as the Designated School Official (DSO) for SEVIS. The Registrar Coordinator works closely with school leadership, teachers, and support staff to determine student placement and support needs while maintaining full compliance with federal regulations for international students. This is a part-time position, with an average of 20 scheduled hours per week, during weeks of school operation.
