About The Position
The Registered Visit Nurse provides skilled nursing visits to clients in their homes. The role offers flexibility and independence while delivering focused, one-on-one care. The position is PRN or part-time, with flexible scheduling and competitive per-visit pay.
Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills.
- Professional, dependable, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities
- Perform skilled nursing visits according to physician orders.
- Complete patient assessments and ongoing evaluations.
- Provide treatments, medication management, and patient education.
- Document visits accurately and promptly in the clinical system.
- Communicate changes in patients’ conditions to the clinical team.
- Maintain compliance with state and agency standards.
