Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Veterinary Technician.
• Veterinary Technician certification is required, or the ability to obtain a California license within 3 months of hire.
• Experience rooming patients, surgical assisting, dental work, placing IV catheters, drawing blood, running bloodwork, x-rays and proper positioning, and feline handling and restraint.
• Understanding of the importance of client education.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player who loves cats.
• Flexible availability, including Saturdays, is desired.

Responsibilities

• Room patients.
• Assist with surgeries and use related equipment.
• Perform dental procedures or provide dental care.
