About The Position

East Hants Animal Hospital (EHAH) is seeking a full-time Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join their team. While part of a larger network, the hospital emphasizes a local community feel, mentorship, and additional training opportunities. They are open to new graduates who are eligible to register with the NSVMA/EVTA and are preparing to write their VTNE, offering support for their growth.

Requirements

• Completed a Veterinary Technician program
• Eligible to register with NSVMA/EVTA
• Knowledge of physical examinations, patient assessment, catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, radiology, venipuncture, and pharmacy (for new graduates)
• New graduates welcome to apply
